Starting weight: 222.
Last week's weight: 213.

This week's weight: 208.

This week's loss: -5
Total loss: -14

Yay!! This is the weight I saw last night before bed, but I wasn't sure it would stick. I had a 100-calorie bag of popcorn before bed last night, so I was praying it wouldn't mess it up. I can't wait to drop 6 more so I can see that "-20"! :)
